- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within South Africa
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (available in major cities)
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery speed selected at checkout.
- Free standard shipping is available on RETAIL ONLY orders over R750 within South Africa.
- Wholesale orders are subject to shipping costs on all orders below R5000.

How Our Guarantee Works:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order
- Return products in their original packaging (opened products are acceptable)
- We’ll provide a full refund of the product cost (shipping fees excluded)

Return Process:

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions
- Send back the products in their original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
